Life-Time Returns Policy
Items can be returned any time, there is no time limit!
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
The cost of re-posting when returns are due to address discrepancies, or any other reasons, that are outside of our control will be covered by the customer. If the postal service has returned your order to us due to non receipt we will charge you additional P&P to resend it, please ensure your delivery details are correct at time of ordering.
Please contact us of there is anything wrong with your order, regardless of fault, as it is our policy to make your buying experience with Dizzy Duck Designs Ltd a pleasurable one.
If you return an item to us please obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility of items lost in transit.
Customised items cannot be refunded unless faulty or damaged.
