Measure your bricks
Treat your bricks like squares as shown in the image
Make sure the start of your tape measure is flush with the edge of your bricks
Your tape measure needs to be flat and straight. If the edges of your bricks are uneven, work with the smallest measurement.

Use a custom sized single tile stencil to fit across 2 of your bricks.

Repeat the pattern across your patio to create the illusion of small square slabs.
IGNORE YOUR GROUT LINES

Now trust us with this one! You need to ignore your grout lines completely and treat your floor like one large space. You can use any stencil that has repeat marks. Once the floor is covered you wont see the original grout lines.
